Hilary is an experienced developer and deliverer of training as well as a qualified coach with experience in a wide range of organisations and settings.   Built upon a background in teaching and prison education, she has more recently worked as a professional in a human resources department, specialising in policy development issues relating to age diversity and workforce planning.

David is a qualified and expert trainer and facilitator.  His professional background is in education leadership and management.  He has experience in the voluntary sector as the Chair of Governors of two schools and as a trustee of an education trust.
